Allotment bonanza

It may not look much of a bonanza but this is the take home from one allotment today, with plenty more from Wimborne which I visited first. Having already stocked up on onions, garlic, shallots and beetroot, I picked a couple of weeks' worth of potatoes with four rows still to come, so enough for the next two months, greens including spinach and chard, runner beans and french beans and a tub of raspberries.

West Moors delivered plenty too, as can be seen in the photo. The nice thing is that as well as what is in the photo, there are so many squashes to come and vines full of tomatoes. There were more beans too, some of which we'll eat over the next days and some that we will prep and put in the freezer for the winter.

Beach walk

We all seem to be ill. Maria's dance showcase on Saturday evening was great but since then it has been downhill. Alison has been in bed...
