Soaking wet

Although it hadn't started raining when Juno and I had our early morning walk, it got going once I parked at Potterne Park and jogged to Moors Valley, very easy and listening to The Great Circle. I was all geared up for parkrun and I improved my time from a fortnight ago by 6 seconds a mile, feeling quite tired by the end but facing a further jog back to the car at Potterne. I did a total of 6.3 miles with the rain throwing it down by the end of the run.

Thankfully, I was able to jump into a lovely hot bath and get myself sorted. However, it wasn't long until I was out again with Juno for a walk in the woods. However, I was dressed more appropriately and kept myself dry. Juno and I then spent a bit of time in the utility room with the woodburner lit and what a lovely couple of hours we had ahead of of an evening in front of Strictly.

My book is continuing to sell. It is brilliant seeing the sales keep going.
