It hasn't taken long for school to get back into the swing of things and here I am back in Inclusion with half a dozen students working away before after school detention for another 8.
Everything looked much happier at the weekend with Sunday goriously sunny and Glen playing football for Rossgarth over at Parkstone. His team played well against a strong side and managed to be leading with moments left. Embarrassingly their referee, manager, awarded a penalty in injury time for handball having spent some time looking for an excuse to award something. It certainly looked that way. The game ended 4 - 4 which means two draws in the first two games which could have been even better.
Quite a tough start to school though with a new year group displaying some difficulties already including a young lady who happy slapped an older boy before threatening to do the same to the Deputy Head. She smashed a window, swore and lashed out as she brought chaos all round. And she was only in for 45 minutes having been brought in at lunchtime by the police who had found her setting light to bushes at another school.
Oh and she had tried to break into her old school the night before. How long will she last?
