No school today

I was in school before 7 as usual but was home again before 10 as the snow kept coming. It wasn't too bad until the last couple of roundabouts before the school when it was very icy under the snow and the car twitched dramatically. I settled down to work and was then told others were stuck in their cars in Southampton and realised it was getting worse.
Having got the information out to various sources, the announcement went out and that was it, time to go home before getting trapped by the snow. However, it was easier getting home as the snow eased and the roads were clear in the main which meant I had time to get the dogs out.
They loved the snow and ran about like mad. It's the best snow they've been in and they charged throuhg it losing their balance as they found the snow was a thin covering in places for the mud which was still very much underneath after it being so wet of late.

Ragwormers play Teddy Rocks

I think I have been slightly overdoing all the exercise and allotmenting lately and that culminated in feeling so physically tired on Friday...
