Blashford Lakes
Amongst the things we saw on Sunday were a Great Crested Grebe on its nest and two herons which overflew the lakes time and again. They looked pretty impressive as they flew low over the water. The final picture is a brown hawker dragonfly I think but I'm no expert. If only the football team were as good at insects as they are on football kits. How many are you on now?
