Having walked the dogs, I took off to the gym this morning and had a four and bit mile run before cycling to Potterne, then to Moors Valley and right back round to Verwood again passing the Ebblake Industrial Estate.
It was lovely morning but cold and there weren't many people about surprisingly after all the rain we've had of late.
