I enjoyed The Substance but it was quite a hard watch and not for the squeamish, especially with the gross out sounds. Very good in exploring so many issues surrounding our bodies, youth, loneliness and exploitation, amongst others.
Popped in to W allotment to pick runner beans, tomatoes, greens, courgettes and squash. The carrots are amazing this year. Pleased to see that the courgettes are still flowering, there are more squash to harvest and the more recently planted courgette plants have started flowering. The late plating might yield some good results.
