Allotment with the children

A day of running, cycling and walking, as well as a trip to the allotment where we planted potatoes and  onions, both in the main plot and in the children's bed which is divided in two so both Joseph and Maria get some space each. Maria chose to avoid the onions as she doesn't like to eat them but had extra potatoes instead.

We walked round the site too so we got to see both the chickens and goats plus the long horned sheep before getting to the little trail with fairy houses and doors for the young children to enjoy.

Maria and Joseph did some reading and drawing on the motorhome before we set off back to Woodlands., some warmth being present in the air at last.

Almost like spring

It was still chilly this morning but Juno and I were in the woods by 7 and enjoying the light at last, the days stretching at either end not...
